All Track Leases are $25-
You contact us and we discuss payment options.

Once you lease a track we will email you a MP3 copy of the track, and mail you an invoice and certificate of purchase, a CD copy of the 2 Track WAV file. You will not be released the WAV DATA FILES until you have purchased exclusive rights to the said track. You have rights of usage for the track at this point for mixtape tracks, promotions, and just about any other personal artist exposure methods you can think of. (NOTE: YOU DO NOT OWN THE TRACK AT THIS POINT YOU MUST BUY EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO THE TRACK IN ORDER TO PLACE IT ON AN OFFICIAL ALBUM PROJECTS, OR TO FORWARD TO SOME ONE ELSE FOR USAGE. ROYCE HAMILTON OF DACHOYCE TRAXX OWNS ALL EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO THE SAID PRODUCTION UNTIL THE BUYER NEGOTIATES AND EXECUTES A DOCUMENTED TRANSACTION WITH ROYCE HAMILTON OF DACHOYCE TRAXX.)
Exclusive Usage Pricing is Set @ $1,000 per track.
For Exclusive Usage Rights of the Production you must call to negotiate pricing. We will take all circumstances into consideration during the negotiation process to make sure that you receive a fair price for each and every track available for purchase.
Once you buy exclusive usage rights to a track we will email you a MP3 copy of the track, and mail you an invoice and certificate of purchase, a CD copy of the 2 Track WAV file, the WAV DATA FILES, and an Artist and Producer royalty agreement that protects both the artist and our production company.
